1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within Singapore. We do not offer international shipping at the moment..

2. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1 business day from the date of order.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time & Methods

• Orders will be delivered within 3 business days from the date of order.

4. Shipping Fees

• Flat-rate shipping: SGD $9.90 per order.

• Free shipping for orders above SGD $59.90.

5. Order Tracking

On the day that your order is out for delivery, you will receive a whatsapp message to notify you about the delivery and the estimated time of arrival.

 6. Delivery Issues

• Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or unforeseen circumstances such as stolen packages.

• If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, re-delivery attempts will be made up to a maximum of 3. Thereafter, order can only be self-picked up or additional re-delivery charges will apply.
