1. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders ship within 2–3 business days. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on local courier availability. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details by email.
2. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We accept returns or exchanges only for items that arrive damaged or defective. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns due to change of mind or ordering errors.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayNow/PayLah, and popular digital wallets. All payments are processed securely.
4. How do I care for my diatomite mat?
Allow the mat to dry in a ventilated area after use.
Avoid leaving it in standing water for long periods.
For cleaning, gently sand the surface with fine-grit sandpaper to refresh absorption.

6. Do you ship outside of Singapore?
Currently, we ship only to Singapore addresses. We may expand to other regions in the future.
