Refund & Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Sale items, limited editions, or pre-order items may have special return terms, which will be clearly stated on the product page.

 

2. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at email@glawup.com with:

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for the return

  2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

 

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong item or the product was defective.

 

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available if you wish to swap an item for another of equal value, subject to availability.

  • To request an exchange, follow the same steps as a return and specify the desired replacement item.

 

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at email@glawup.com with a photo of the issue.

  • We will either replace the item at no extra cost or issue a full refund, including shipping.

 

6. Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the product reaches us safely.

 

7. Important Notes

  • Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Refunds may be delayed if the returned product is missing components or not in its original condition.
